Have you been wounded?
Have you experienced a heartbreak, a betrayal, a loss?
Have things not turned out the way you hoped they would?
Are you wondering what went wrong or how you ended up here?
I want you to know that I hear you.
I’ve been in a similar place (it couldn’t be your exact place because I’m not you).
And I want to encourage your heart that it’s going to be okay.
I want to remind you that where you find yourself in this season is no surprise to God.
You see, He sees the end from the beginning, He’s not bound by time, and already knew this would all be a part of your story.
Yours and theirs.
Because it’s never just about us, right?
That’s the hard part.
Because we have no control over others. Not even God does.
Although the current situation is painful, know that God didn’t cause it, but also that He won’t waste it.
He’ll use every last bit of the pain and confusion to grow you, to teach you, to develop within you a greater capacity to love than you ever thought possible.
Because until we get to heaven, we’re all in earth school.
Where the people in our lives are our richest curriculum.
Especially the ones we love the most.
That wound is truly where His light has the greatest opportunity to shine! ✨
Your PAIN will become your PURPOSE as you turn to comfort OTHERS with the same comfort that YOU have been comforted with! (2 Cor. 1:4)
Isn’t He wonderful? It’s truly all rigged in our favor because He’ll twist it ALL for our GOOD! (Romans 8:28)
God can use your deepest wound to show others how THEY, too, can heal if you let Him! ❤ ❤ ❤
