You are first and foremost a spirit being.
You have a soul, which is made up of your mind(intellect/brain) your will, and your emotions.
And you live in a body.
For lasting change to occur, it needs to be changed in your spirit man, the true heart of man, and reinforced by the renewing the mind, and felt in the body.
People start to heal the moment they feel heard!
This perfectly describes the sacred work of a life coach.
To truly be PRESENT with another is such a precious gift!
Creating a safe place where someone can get out all of the thoughts that have them feeling stuck, without judgment or shame and begin to untangle them and thus take the power away from those thoughts so they can be FREE!
Renewing the mind is God’s miraculous way of healing past wounds and empowering us to live as our highest self, made in His image and saturated with His LOVE.
