How would you rate the health of each of your relationships from 1-10?
A relationship is a connection, association, or involvement between TWO ENTITIES.
We are in relationship with our spouse, children, parents, siblings, co-workers, friends, etc…
But have you ever stopped to think about the health of your relationship with your body, your mind, your finances, your calling?
I remember years ago my husband and I were going through a very challenging time in our marriage and I kept telling myself, “I just want to feel better.”
Disconnected was the painful feeling I was feeling and I desperately wanted to feel connected but I didn’t know how that was going to happen.
There were too many issues that seemed to be driving us apart.
It felt exhausting.
We were even in marriage counseling, but nothing changed until I began to change my mind.
How?
I hired my first life coach and began to slowly unravel the swirling thoughts in my mind that caused painful emotions.
I started on a journey of understanding the intricate workings of my brain as designed by an incredible Creator.
And when those truths are coupled with the HIGHER TRUTH of God’s Word, something exploded on the inside of me!
It was a NEW HOPE and EXPECTATION and VISION of the wonderful future of my relationship with my husband!
So much so, that our marriage counselor asked, “Jenny, what has changed for you? How are you feeling so differently now?” Even she didn’t understand how this was possible!
I want you to know that no matter which relationship you are wanting to improve in your life; EVERY RELATIONSHIP will be affected!
Many of my clients come to me wanting to improve how they experience motherhood, and then move on to their marriage, their relationship with their in-laws, their boss, their bodies, and eventually feel freed up to DREAM about ALL GOD HAS CALLED THEM TO DO ON THE EARTH!
