If Not NOW, Then WHEN?

I’m thinking about YOU, right now!

Yes, YOU!

Because YOU are ME a few years ago!

BEFORE I made the decision to INVEST IN MYSELF.

To GROW more than I EVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE!

To GET THE SUPPORT I DESPERATELY NEEDED!

Because I felt SO STUCK in PAIN in some of my relationships.

Because I wasn’t sure what God had NEXT FOR ME.

My physical body was WRECKED by symptoms and inflammation because I didn’t have the tools I needed to PROCESS THROUGH the STRESS, INSECURITIES, RESENTMENT, and SADNESS I was feeling in my marriage and motherhood.

Because we are not designed to live in a constant state of FIGHT/FLIGHT and rising cortisol levels.

I would never expect YOU to do something I haven’t done.

At this point, I have hired MULTIPLE COACHES and the TRANSFORMATION has been INCREDIBLE!

Because TRUE TRANSFORMATION doesn’t happen in ISOLATION.

We HEAL when we are SEEN by others and REMINDED of our TRUE IDENTITY IN CHRIST!

Having a Christian Life Coach is having someone who will help you to RENEW YOUR MIND.

Someone who comes alongside you and helps you to identify where you are thinking incorrectly and out of alignment with God’s TRUTH.

Either sometimes we don’t yet know the Word of God, or we are so entrenched in our pain that we can’t see it clearly.
