What if my only job was to LOVE?
It seems my focus would then shift to MYSELF and keeping MYSELF within the bounds of my TRUE SELF.
The one which was produced IN ME, by the power of the Holy Spirit at the new birth.
The old has PASSED AWAY and I am now a NEW CREATION.
So, I’m now EMPOWERED to live my life in a NEW WAY!
It affects how I conduct myself in EVERY relationship in my life.
As a mom of adult children I cannot control my children’s outcomes.
I can only control how I SHOW UP IN THEIR LIVES.
I am not called to judge, manipulate, or even WORRY!
Because those are attributes of my FALSE SELF.
Worry just indicates that our brain has momentarily SHIFTED AWAY from what God says about us and our children.
Faith works BY LOVE 💗
And, Mama, you need your faith in good working order!
So, stay in the LOVE ZONE.
It feels so much better than judgement or worry, because those aren’t our flow!
And giving LOVE is a gift we first give to OURSELVES, because our FEELINGS are created by OUR THOUGHTS, so WE GET TO feel that wonderful LOVE inside of us when we are showing up in the ways we love most!
We GET TO decide how we want to SHOW UP as the MAMA of incredible humans 💝
