This is the LIFE OF FAITH He is CALLING US TO!
When we combine PROCESSING THROUGH OUR EMOTIONS with the POWER of RENEWING OUR MINDS, God’s thoughts become our thoughts and pull us UP into more than we ever thought possible!
Because the way we FEEL is NOT because of what anyone else in our lives is currently doing. ***READ THAT AGAIN***
Our FEELINGS are ALWAYS the result of what we are THINKING.
Often in faith circles we are taught only to renew our minds, but a VITAL MISSING STEP is PROCESSING our EMOTIONS.
EMOTIONS are the language of the body and THOUGHTS are the language of the mind.
Whenever we have a thought about someone or something, the brain releases a chemical cocktail in our physical body and we may feel anxious, worried, or sad.
You may feel STUCK in your life or in a “holding pattern” your relationship with your spouse or child; like a never-ending cycle where nothing seems to change no matter what you try.
What if you haven’t tried everything?
What if you invest in YOURSELF and learn the skill of EMOTIONAL FREEDOM even BEFORE anything changes in your life?
What if THIS is YOUR SEASON to move past the storm and see the beautiful horizon waiting for you!
