“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
I’d like to quote Smith Wigglesworth, who was a man of great faith and prayer when talking about hope in believing God’s Word. “God wants to sweep away all belief from your heart. He wants you to dare to believe His Word. It is the Word of the Spirit. If you allow anything to come between you and the Word, it will poison your whole system, and you will have no hope. It is like the devil putting a spear into you. The Word of life is the breath of heaven, the life-giving power by which your very self is changed. By it, you begin to bear the image of the heavenly One.”
Whatever challenge you may be facing as you start this week, maybe a physical challenge, a financial challenge, or a relational challenge; can I urge you to stay in what the Word says is true! Stand firm on what you believe but may not yet see manifested. Because one bit of unbelief against the Word is poisonous to your soul. Don’t let any thought drag you away from your hope that is found in the Word. In that hope is where peace and joy for believing abide. Hope is an expectation! Thank God that He IS the God of all hope and that He IS filling you with all peace and joy as you continue to believe Him keeping your hope in Him and His promises active. ~Remain Blessed, Jenny
