Going to the Other Side

I absolutely love the Amplified translation of Hebrews 13:5b,6 “for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you!) [Assuredly not!] So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified].”

No matter what you may be facing today, take courage that He will not even relax His hold on you one bit! Like a parent holds fast to a toddler’s hand on a busy street even when the toddler does not hold to them. They do not release until they are safely on the other side. And our God is even greater because He promises to NEVER relax His hold on us! Felt or unfelt, He is there! He will either part the seas for you or empower you to walk upon the waves!
