Eating and laughing together releases endorphins that relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve mood.
Having a magical motherhood mindset is just the type of mindfulness that can release serotonin, which regulates so many functions of your body and mind, including mood, digestion and healing.
Slowing down to allow them to pull up a chair to the counter next to you and give them their own little “work” to do as part of the family team is a reward for all of you.
