Know Jesus, Know Peace

There has never been a better time to know Jesus and enjoy His peace. There is so much unrest and anxiety all around us these days, but it doesn’t have to get in you! When you know Jesus, not just know about Him, but have a living, breathing relationship with Him, only then will you be able to enter in and experience His peace. He said His peace was not from this world, but one that was supernatural. The very same peace that covered Jesus’ heart and mind while He walked the earth amid angry mobs of people who were against His calling and were constantly out to kill Him. He said in John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.” These were some of the last words Jesus said before going to the cross and leaving this earth. Even in the midst of these dark days and uncertainty we’ve been having, you can be certain that God has a good plan for you and your family. If you want to experience a peace that transcends anything you’ve ever experienced, call out to God today. The Bible says that “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” Acts 2:21. You don’t have to be at a church service or pray with a pastor. You can call on Jesus right where you are and enjoy His wonderful peace He made available to all who belong to Him!    ***Pray this prayer with me today: Heavenly Father, I come to you today in the name of Jesus. Your word says, “that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Acts 2:21). I am calling on You. I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9,10 “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved”. I do that now. I believe Jesus died on the cross in my place, that He took the punishment for my sins, and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. I am now saved! I am a child of God! God is now my Father and Jesus is my Savior! I thank you, Lord, that I now have the very peace of God inside of me and I do not have to fear anymore! God will take good care of me! ~Be Blessed, Jenny
