It Matters Who You Allow in Your Circle

It Matter Who You Allow Near You

It matters who you allow in your inner circle. In Mark 5, when Jesus was on His way to Jairus’ house to heal his daughter, there were many people hanging out around his house. His daughter had just died and when Jesus spoke faith it says they laughed at Him. But verse 40 shows us the wisdom of Jesus. It says, “But putting them all out, He took along the child’s father and mother and His own companions and entered the room where the child was.” It says Jesus only allowed Peter, James, and John to follow them into the house. It matters who you allow to hang close to you when you are needing to be strong in faith. Not everybody needs to know your business. Even well-meaning family who love you! Sometimes you need to get on the other side of some things and then share your testimony. You don’t need hundreds of people to pray for you. Instead, reach out to those who have a proven track record of a successful prayer life. That’s why it’s so important to stay in church, surrounded by those who are strong in the truth, where you can feed your faith and be supported.
