It Matters Who You Hang Around

We don’t ever look for our answer in other people, our answer is in the Word, but we should surround ourselves with those of like faith. Many people may love and care for you, they may even be family, but if we keep company with those who are carnally minded (meaning they do not have their minds renewed with the Word of God) we will respond to crisis, tragedy, and challenges in the same way they do. There is a working-side to our faith and when you are in a battle you need to be with those who know how to wield the weapon of the Word with you. That’s why it’s so important to stay in church, stay where you are hearing the answer and hang around those who will add their faith to yours.
