Rest in Faith

Faith is not PRESUMPTION but ASSUMPTION. You rightly assume that God will not let you down--and _enter into rest_.

True Bible faith is what we BELIEVE, SPEAK and ACT in agreement with. When we’ve done that, the only thing left to do is REST. Resting doesn’t mean we go inactive, it simply means we believe He is working on it and our words and actions show that. So, if you’ve been believing for something to come to pass for quite some time, make sure you’re thoroughly persuaded. If not, go back to the Word that promises that to you until you become convinced. Release your faith in God by telling Him you believe His Word. Thank Him that even though you can’t see it with your natural eyes, that you believe He’s working mightily behind the scenes. And then rejoice, and laugh yourself right into rest.
