We Will Have What We SAY

In the same way whatever you take ownership of will live with you in your home, when you take ownership of things that try to make themselves at home in your physical body, they, too, will live with you. We take ownership with our words! Stop calling it “my arthritis”, “my diabetes”, “my cancer”, “my ABC disease”, “my XYZ condition”. If you don’t want it, quit calling it MINE and taking ownership of it. If ALL manner of disease is a part of the curse of the law (Deut. 28) and if Jesus took ALL disease on the cross when He became a curse for us redeeming us from said curse (Gal. 3:13) then we need to stop claiming it. Sometimes it takes some effort in the natural to remove things that have infested our homes that we do not want there. It’s going to take some spiritual gumption to rise up in faith, feed on the truth of the Word and proclaim what you BELIEVE about the situation in the face of pain, symptoms and unfavorable reports. What do we have to lose? We need to get the Word so deep inside of us that it’s our first reaction to say, “No! You’re not bringing THAT in this house! My body is the temple of the Living God! You have NO place in this dwelling!” And not just once, but all day long if necessary! It’s worth the effort to be FREE! Jesus paid a price to set us free, here and now! The stripes He ALREADY took on His back set us free from the grip of every sickness. (1 Peter 2:24) But unless we rise up and use the authority He gave us, the devil will try to dump every evil, vile thing at our doorstep. It’s up to us to tell it to GET OUT, in Jesus’ name! The more we feed on the Word, the more our minds become renewed; we begin to see things the way God sees them. Many say, “Well, God is allowing it so it must be His will.” or “He must be teaching me something from this.” Nope! God will allow what WE allow. Do you as an earthly parent teach your kids a lesson by allowing them physical harm? You’d be put in jail. God is a much better parent than we could ever strive to be. God won’t stop a robber from entering your house. It’s up to you to use the authority you have. He made a way for us to be free. We must not be ignorant of the enemy we have in this life. Jesus said, “The enemy comes only to steal, kill and destroy. But I have come that they might have life and life abundant.” No matter what I’ve heard anyone say, I choose to believe Jesus is telling the truth! How about you?
