What if it didn’t have to be complicated.
What if it could be EASY & LIGHT.
What if you threw away the manual.
What if you tossed the “rule book” even just for one day.
And simply ENJOYED your children.
Delighted in them.
Took time for creative endeavors or played.
Yes, YOU, dear mama, PLAY, too!
Do something that LIGHTS your soul.
YOU NEED PLAY, TOO!
Get out all the craft bins and draw, or paint, or mold, or stitch.
Write a play and have fun acting it out.
Get outside and go for a walk with them.
Let them explore the world and ask them to describe to you what they see.
Push the pile of books to the side, make some warm drinks, and snuggle up with your lovelies.
They will never be this young again.
Try to forget about the endless chores for one day that will be all that needs your attention.
And lean into this incredibly BLESSED season of motherhood you’ve been gifted and simply LIVE LIFE with your favorite people on the entire planet.
Trust me, they are learning SO MUCH every single day just spending time with the most qualified teacher they will ever know 
Winter is a time for REST and RECHARGE, for SPRING is on its way and your tender shoots are going to BLOOM
