Nothing better than a big ole pot of soup simmering on the stove when there’s an abundance of fresh biscuits 🥖 🍜 

I’ve been cozying up snowed-in with a head cold and my sweetums offered to make me homemade pasta, to which I responded, “How about some biscuits?”😘 (Because you can’t put jam and butter on pasta and count it as breakfast)And he lovingly obliged 🥰 

Is there anything better than homemade bread and buttah to cure all that ails you? 

Well, there’s soup of course! 

I’ve been a soup girlie my entire life (much to my hubby’s chagrin) and I dare say I will be till the “marriage supper of the lamb” in which case, you’ll find me at the soup bar with some seafood pasta in my handbag 👜 

Jk, I’m sure that buffet will be all you can eat forever! 😋 

Usually when I share pics people ask for the recipe so I thought I’d come prepared. (Aren’t I sweet like that?) 

But the biscuit recipe, sadly, will be going to the grave! 

Maybe in heaven my Chaddy will be baking some for Jesus and He’ll share with you 😉
